Frequently Asked Questions

Where are you located?

Right now we're an online GF bakery, based in Rhode Island.  We do offer free local delivery service to all of RI & parts of MA.

Do you offer shipping?

Yes!!  We do offer nationwide expedited 2 day shipping or overnight shipping!!  If you'd like to have your order expedited, it will ship 2 days before or the day before your chosen delivery date ( depending on the shipping option you choose ), because we still need the 7 day lead time.  This option is only available in the United States.

Is your kitchen dedicated gluten free?

Our facility is gluten friendly, because other vendors also utilize the commercial kitchen we use.  The kitchen is cleaned & sanitized before & after use by each vendor.  So the possibility of cross-contamination is minimal.

Can orders be customized for an event?

Do you make cakes?

What is the shelf life for your cupcakes?

Our chocolate cupcakes have a shelf life of about 4-5 days, the vanilla based cupcakes last about 2-3 days before becoming dry.

Can the cupcakes be frozen?

Yes, you can freeze them.  When you're ready to eat them, let them thaw to room temperature to fully enjoy the gluten free goodness.

Do any of the flavors require refrigeration?

Yes some do, & that will be indicated on the bakery box or boxes you'll receive when they're delivered.  Before eating them, we do recommend letting them get to room temperature because sometimes a cold cupcake can taste a bit dry.
